Choosing the right agent. There's a right and wrong way!

I hear too many vendors choosing an agent for all the wrong reasons! 

 

Here's a couple of classic reasons why you shouldn't choose an agent - The agent who quoted the highest potential price. The agent with the lowest commission rate. The agent who came across the most professional. The agent is a friend of mine and I felt obligated. The agent said they had buyers ready to buy for my home. Any sound familiar?
